Rite of Passage

One of them for a little girl is to get her ears peirced.

Well Saturday was the day for Indi... Aunty Ole promised her that when she was ready she would go with her to get them done. Mummy sorted of needed the moral support as well..

Anyway... she has great taste she picked out the 14ct White Gold earrings. Then it was time.. After weeks of getting her ready for this and telling her that it was going to hurt a lot for just a little while.

Well, you could have knocked me down. She did not even cry. She let them do the second ear without a fuss and then she had a little sob. She did look a little shocked however.

Where Did My Little Girl Go

Now when I look back at the photos of the last few days I can see it.. My little girl is rapidly growing up into the beginnings of a little lady..

Well not really a lady.. she will not close her legs when she wears a skirt.. Tells the whole world when she burps and farts and for the life of me will not sit down and have a milkshake while I have a coffee and just sit still and talk..

Anyway I came to this conclusion after taking the following photos earlier this afternoon..Must be time to start thinking another baby...
